Paul Pratt

Paul has extensive experience of working with Ultra High Net Worth Families, their offices and their advisers, he has an intrinsic understanding of the challenges they face as he is a G2 family member of a successful family owned construction company.

Paul has spent the last 3 years working with Trusted Family, a Family Business and Family Office Advisory company working with over 100 of the world’s leading families and their single family offices, helping create their family governance and communication processes and manage their digital family office communications, prior to this Paul was running SyJem his own deal flow platform that connected families and their family offices for co-investment opportunities.

Paul worked as the International Managing Partner for Family Office Exchange with responsibility for establishing their business in EMEA, this involved working with a large number of single Family Offices and their principles helping them create their SFO, connect with like-minded families and advising on family governance and Single Family Office Best Practices.

He established the EMEA operation of Retail Financial Intelligence in 2010, helping them expand their business outside of Asia Pacific into Europe with a focus on Ultra High Net Worth client communications. Paul worked as head of sales for a number of businesses including at Datamonitor where he was involved in generating record revenues which supported their successful IPO and subsequent trade sale. Paul is a member of the Institute for Family Business and the Family Firm Institute, He has spoken at a number of leading family office and family business events on the topics of succession, family office governance and family communications.
