James Earp is head of Forensic and Fraud Services.
Drawing on his experience of over 30 years as a chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner, he has specialised in fraud investigation, asset recovery and proceeds of crime cases. He regularly assists Government Authorities, Regulators, companies and individuals where there has been fraud, economic loss or acquisitive criminal activity. He has extensive domestic and cross border investigation experience. This makes James well placed to provide fraud prevention and remediation services.
James is a Director of the London Fraud Forum, a not for profit public/private partnership dedicated to the prevention and investigation of fraud. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on fraud, fraud prevention, asset recovery and proceeds of crime. James also leads insolvency cases for Geoffrey Martin & Co, a subsidiary of PKF Littlejohn.
