Zahir is a partner in PKF’s Business Services team.

Zahir has significant audit and financial reporting experience across a variety of sectors, advising both UK and international companies. A member of the Capital Markets team, Zahir’s clients include companies on the FTSE All-Share, AIM and AQSE, several of whom operate in the natural resources sector.

Zahir has a specialism in technology, acting for businesses offering cloud solutions, bespoke IT support, software innovation and development, cybersecurity and global network management. He advises US and other international tech companies, including NASDAQ listed and PE-backed private companies – guiding those unfamiliar with the UK as they start a new venture and providing them with ongoing support and advice.
